For New Year's, I came to buy traditional baguettes, but by evening they were stale and therefore inedible. I am very disappointed with the quality of your bread. I have the impression that these loaves were baked the day before… Have you changed bakers, or are you hiring ordinary employees trained on the job instead of experienced bakers? In the meantime, I will no longer be coming to Marie Blachère, and apparently I'm not alone, judging by the number of customers absent on a holiday; that speaks volumes.

December 24, 2025, oh, it's Christmas! 10:30 am, no choice, no service, no way to slice the bread... Bought a frangipane galette, no almond flavor, the puff pastry was falling apart, and the price wasn't the lowest. So-so! To top it all off, a wait in the blizzard... An average experience, far too average.

Exceptional service 🤩, we had to wait 5 minutes for the baguettes to be cooked but the team was super friendly, it was lovely 👍👍

At first, I thought it was a bad joke, so here's a picture of a ham and butter sandwich I bought this month to show you I'm not making this up. Where to begin? The size? Perfect, it fits in the palm of my hand, ideal for not weighing me down or encumbering me on my hike that morning. The bread? Disgusting. I've never tried eating my dish sponge, but it's definitely a close call. Spongy and dry at the same time, I don't know how you manage. The slice of ham? Half a slice or a third? I can't even slice it... Just put the rind in next time... As for the butter, I thought I'd triggered an Amber Alert, but in the end, no, a closer look showed me there was a tiny amount. By a lake, I gave a few crumbs to a duck, which wasn't exactly thrilled, and not wanting to make it sick with that processed food, I threw the rest away. Get a grip, Marie Blachère.

It's a shame to buy a sliced ​​rye loaf and find 4 slices missing.

I am disappointed with your Besançon Valentin branch. I placed an order on Friday, May 23rd for 5 bags of croutons for Tuesday, May 27th. When I placed the order, I was assured it was possible. Upon arrival, no order was ready or prepared. I am truly disappointed to have trusted this establishment. Avoid at all costs.
