Pretty good, if you have all day… Reservations for 12:30, arriving at 12:25 and being served at 13:25 is unbearable. The servers are doing their best, though. So, naturally, having lunch there makes everyone tense, which is a total letdown.

I want to thank Noémie for her excellent service. She is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Always attentive, she takes the time to ensure everything is going smoothly and makes customers feel comfortable. Her efficiency and good humor made our meal even more enjoyable. A top-notch waitress whom I recommend without hesitation!

After numerous visits, I'd like to share my humble opinion on the 3 Brasseurs restaurant and microbrewery in Besançon. It's part of a franchise with locations throughout France and internationally. In terms of taste, you'll find decent and generous brasserie fare. While there are no real gastronomic discoveries or major surprises, the pleasure of sharing a good meal in a relaxed setting is definitely there. However, the brasserie itself is where this establishment truly shines. Beer lovers will appreciate the wide selection, including the beer of the month and the brewer's creation, which changes with the seasons, offering a regular opportunity to discover new recipes. The value for money is perfectly in line with what one expects from this type of establishment. The portions are generous, and the prices remain reasonable. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant emphasizes conviviality. Broadcasts of sporting events, large open spaces that encourage conversation, and typical brasserie decor create a lively atmosphere, perfect for both friends and family. Regarding the service, my experience was more mixed. While some staff members were professional and pleasant, I was also served by several employees who were unfamiliar with the current beers or some of the menu items, and who were sometimes unable to explain their ingredients. This is an area that deserves improvement, especially in an establishment where beer plays such a central role.
