We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria during the day. The atmosphere was lovely, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and the ice cream was a real treat! A huge thank you to our waitress, an incredibly charismatic, smiling, and warm person who made our visit even more enjoyable. A truly great find that we will happily cherish as a holiday memory.

Best pizzeria in Besançon, loyal customers for 30 years with my friends. We're dreading the thought of them retiring 🙏🏻. The pizzas are wood-fired, the crust is simply incredible, and the prices are more than reasonable. Reservations are essential.

We came as a family of eight, without a reservation, having been turned away everywhere (I can understand why), but we arrived at this little restaurant and what a surprise! We found a little corner of Italy in Besançon! Superb pizzas, excellent and generous, and a very warm welcome from both the waitress and the pizza chef – a fantastic duo! We'll definitely be back!

A fantastic find! The pizzas are made fresh in a wood-fired oven, the atmosphere is lovely, and the owners are incredibly friendly. The seasoning is perfect; it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Disappointment! The welcome was excellent (at least the young woman serving was as welcoming and friendly as ever), but the menu has changed drastically since the owner retired. No more pasta, no more salads, only pizzas. The toppings have shrunk, and there's hardly anything left on the crust, which, however, remains absolutely delicious. How we miss our old Sirocco!

Excellent welcome. Great atmosphere. The seafood salad was amazing, everything freshly prepared. And the pizza was also very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Besançon. Reservations might be a good idea.

As pizza lovers in both Italy and France, we went in with high hopes. We'd been told it was "the best pizzeria in Besançon," but we left extremely disappointed. The dough wasn't cooked enough and the ingredients were of mediocre quality! So, if you like Italian food, steer clear!

But why change something that worked so well and was so delicious? The variety of pasta dishes with their bold flavors. Now it's just a pizzeria with crusts that take up half the pizza. What a shame. Best of luck for the future.

A small restaurant serving fantastic pizzas made on-site. The owner and employee are incredibly friendly. However, you need to make a reservation to be sure of getting a table.

WARNING: Since the 74-year-old owner decided to stop, and we understand why... there's no more pasta on the menu... Impeccable service! The pizza crust is excellent... But I came for the delicious pasta... Oops!

An intimate, rustic restaurant with just a few tables, but a perfectly balanced atmosphere, away from traffic in a quiet neighborhood. Soft lighting and the warmth of the authentic wood-fired oven warm the atmosphere. Traditional menu, mostly pizzas, and a few typical Italian specialties of the day. Fine wines. I was looking for a good Italian pizza, and here, the expert hands of a very kind and welcoming manager with a Romagna accent, churned out one of the best 4 Formaggi I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed, especially since previous experiences were great. Long wait, poor order taking, soggy pizza dough, and the lasagna wasn't as expected. We want Al Siroco back to how it used to be, please.
