A great place to discover. Hidden gem in Besançon. The hospitality of the host you can't find it anywhere. The food and desserts were good. The round bread with eggs, thon is beyond delicious 😋. I really recommend it 👌 10/10 specifically for the vibe and the welcoming.

The takeaway snacks (sandwiches, pizzas, focaccia, etc.) are not great: too much fat and starch but very little protein, especially considering the prices. The breads, pastries, and viennoiseries are very average in taste (you can find much better in the neighborhood). Otherwise, having a room where you can sit down to drink your coffee is also appreciated, but that was already the case with the previous operator. Reading the receipt shows the contact details of a company "Le Pain Dore" on Dole in the neighboring department 3..9, an establishment that has closed permanently (everyone can see this for themselves on the internet...).

We arrived late, just before the bakery closed, but were still well served. We ordered three strawberry pastries (€3 each at the moment), a succès cake, and a flan, along with two loaves of bread. The staff kindly offered us some macarons. The pastries were delicious, and the bread was too. Thank you for your hospitality!

The products of the day look like they're from yesterday. Perhaps by extension, yesterday's products taste like oil that expired a year ago. Despite the staff's smiles, I won't be going back...

We wanted to give this bakery a chance... Everything seemed to be from the day before, or even much earlier: the oriental pastries, but avoid them, they're disgusting, they taste of rancid oil... And far too big to be good or delicate... They're really nice, but I won't be going back...

The bread is frozen. Even Lidl's bread is delicious in comparison... They should consider offering fresh bread to attract customers and stop the negative reviews (and to showcase French baking expertise).
