A very delicious regional restaurant with everything the Jura region has to offer.

A must-try! From the main course to dessert, everything was excellent, with a special mention for the lemon cream! And the service was impeccable! I recommend it a thousand times over!

As cheese lovers, we were in heaven. The setting perfectly complements the restaurant's theme. My Comté cheese gratin was delicious. The service was impeccable, with a very welcoming waitress who introduced me to a lovely wine. I highly recommend this place.

Very quaint little restaurant specialising in home cooked style gratinee. We had two the grandmere a mac n cheese with real comte and a smoked sausage with morbier and potatoes. Both excellent.

Everything is perfect

Discovered by chance during a visit to Besançon, this is my third time here, and it's still just as good. The atmosphere, service, and food are all top-notch and reasonably priced. Remember to book ahead, it's popular and small.

A truly wonderful discovery in Besançon! The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put you at ease. As for the food, it was a real treat. I opted for a flavorful and perfectly executed Arbois-style gratin, accompanied by a Bethanie wine that paired wonderfully. For dessert, the lemon cream meringue was light, balanced, and bursting with freshness. And to finish, an original and fragrant fir liqueur, perfect for concluding the meal. You can feel a real authenticity in both the food and the service. A place I highly recommend!
