Broken, annoying speakers. Table service was good.

Hygiene needs improvement... dirty room, same for the toilets, same for the cutlery... First and last time

The fries weren't cooked, the Big Mac wasn't complete, just the meat bun. The complimentary glasses were plastic cups with a plastic film stuck on them... not the nice glasses we used to have. Big disappointment.

40 minutes for 2 burgers, but I think the whole restaurant was served before me.

I ordered takeout from the drive-thru and I'm very disappointed. The food was served cold. I asked for an extra sauce (€0.30 extra) which wasn't included in the bag. At the end of my meal, I went to eat my ice cream, and instead of a spoon, a fork was inside. To top it all off, there was a hair in it. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered a small meal, it took almost 40 minutes to get it for takeaway, unacceptable, I will not be back.

Aren't you ashamed to serve hard donuts with icing that just looks like someone licked it off beforehand?
