Long-time customer. The pastry is light and fluffy. The filling is delicious. It's prepared and served by a friendly couple. The rectangular shape is original and very practical. They regularly have new and original recipes to discover.

A little discovery at the Thise market! I had the chicken pizza with shredded chicken ❤️ and the Franche-Comté pizza 😋. The crust was excellent, the toppings generous with fresh ingredients, and the service was top-notch. Their place at the best market is well deserved!!
