A little disappointed... ever since they opened, I'd been meaning to try it! On the plus side, the order was quick, and they were on time. They were even ready early, but still quite hot. The young guy at the counter was pretty friendly. My order was taken by phone; he was on a first-name basis quickly but very polite and professional. But when I gave my name for the order, one of the pizza makers laughed, or maybe both of them... (I was hoping I was mistaken). They didn't have any change, but they made a small gesture of goodwill, which was quite appreciated. When I left the pizzeria (or not quite... everyone burst out laughing)... the person at the counter took them back... In short, not very professional at all. And as for the pizzas, they were really nothing special. They were cooked in a wood-fired oven, sure, but you couldn't taste the wood, and the ingredients weren't exactly fresh. The ground beef was crumbled, or the chicken, I think, was frozen (the chicken was marinated, but it didn't have an exceptional flavor). I haven't been in Besançon for very long, but I've had much better pizza. The crust was very thin; I think it was homemade, but I didn't like it at all, except for the edges. The base was simple crème fraîche, but not acidic or too strong, acceptable. Overall, the pizza wasn't original and the taste wasn't exceptional at all... I personally didn't like it at all... but some people at home did. (If they hadn't laughed, I wouldn't have left a comment).

Excellent find! The dough is perfect and the wood-fired oven gives it an authentic flavor. Special mention goes to the chicken and truffle pizza and the four-cheese pizza, both of which were delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful new find in Besançon! A super warm and friendly welcome with great generosity. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, with a wonderful crust, perfectly cooked, and generously topped. I highly recommend it; go without hesitation, you won't regret it. Top-notch! Enjoy your meal, it was delicious. Thank you again for your generosity, your big heart, and your kindness. What a great find! This wood-fired pizzeria is fantastic! I really enjoyed the pizza dough and the toppings! The pizzas were light and airy, and we devoured them easily! Plus, the staff is very welcoming! I highly recommend it!

Excellent Italian wood-fired pizzeria that I highly recommend! Incredible dough and quality ingredients! A menu with very affordable prices! The quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable!! There's something for everyone on the menu! A must-try!! I'll definitely be back!

First takeout order tonight. One chicken with a tomato base and one chicken with a truffle cream base. The least I can say is that you can really taste the truffle! The crust is delicious, thin and airy, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Finally, a wood-fired pizzeria worthy of the name in the neighborhood! I'll be back as soon as possible. Excellent Neapolitan pizza, nothing to complain about, I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Excellent pizza, friendly staff, and the decor is simply wow, incredible! The best in all of Besançon.

Honestly, for a wood-fired pizza, what do you even think of doing to light a wood-fired oven to make this kind of catastrophic pizza? Shame on you! The crust is too thin, the ingredients are nonexistent and low quality. My husband had a terrible case of indigestion. Disappointed with this establishment. It's a shame because they could do better and offer better quality. In short, very disappointed... Long live Pizza Piano!
