Planet Food

I absolutely loved Planet Food! It was my first visit to Planet Food and what a wonderful surprise! The welcome was simply magnificent and so warm. You immediately feel at home. I'll definitely be back! A huge thank you to the owner who offered me a sherbet (a delicious Algerian drink) and coffee. It's rare to see such generosity. I highly recommend it for the quality of service and the kindness of the staff! Hayat🌷.

One of the worst places I've ever tried, and not just once, but several times over several years. And I've seen this place evolve, so I can tell you that it wasn't great before, but it's become a horror. There's so much to say, but I just recommend you keep walking. There are far, far better snacks within a few hundred meters!

The boss is too strict

I can confirm that since the change of ownership, it's been a disaster. They've already stopped offering loyalty cards, which is THE way to build customer loyalty... Then, this past Saturday evening, I got a takeaway kebab. I thought the new ordering kiosks were a good idea, but I was quickly disappointed; they were malfunctioning. Then, the next day, I was sick all day, and I'm sure that kebab shop was responsible. Two days later, my stomach still hurts... Unfortunately, this will be the last time I set foot in there. It's a shame, it's changed so much. ... AND SO MANY ERRORS WITH THE ORDERS, BOTH PIZZAS AND SANDWICHES. The last time I went, it was definitely better... Much better.

They always forget an ingredient or a dish, whether it's for delivery or takeout. Considering the price for low-quality products, probably from "Metro," it's really unacceptable. They have a lot of work to do compared to other chains in the same sector!
