I was very disappointed with this experience. The fries were clearly frozen and completely uninteresting. The mojito was very weak, with very little flavor, just ice cubes. As for the burger, it wasn't good: the bun seemed to be of very low quality, which ruined the whole thing. There was only one ketchup for the entire restaurant, not even a full one. It's a shame, because we expected much better.

The staff is pleasant and welcoming, just like the decor. The food is good and generous, with a good selection. The extended opening hours until 10 pm are a plus, and the staff isn't rushed. This is especially convenient when staying in a nearby hotel. It's a shame that you can't leave a tip by card – for a chain with the resources it has, this is unacceptable these days – please consider your employees more.

The service was excellent and the pizzas were tasty, but the main problem for me was the portion size. Of course, inflation has taken its toll, but given the rather high prices, you'd expect a decent amount. However, the pizza was only two-thirds, or even half, the size of a standard pizza. And it wasn't just a matter of the crust thickness, as even the toppings weren't very generous. If you have a "normal" appetite, I'd say it's more of an appetizer size. The food is still quite good, though.
