€26 for four slices of tiramisu is expensive, and unfortunately, it wasn't good either; it was soggy and incredibly strong. We're Italian and used to eating it regularly, but none of the four of us approved this time.

Here, friendliness and a smile for customers are clearly not part of the business concept. You almost feel like you're bothering them... It's a shame because this shop has real potential.

Avoid this place at all costs! Their advice is completely unsuitable, and selling refined olive oil at that price is a disgrace! Dishonest and acting in bad faith. To the owner: don't waste your time replying here; our conversation yesterday was sufficient.

High-quality products at prices often lower than those offered in supermarkets, and all for superior quality (compare the price per kg and you'll see), why deprive yourself! Moreover, the service is professional, the staff offers good advice, and they don't pressure you to buy more. I highly recommend it!

The culinary dolce vita was unfortunately not there. I've been cooking Italian food for 20 years, and what a disappointment the truffle ravioli were! The pasta was far too thick (very thick, which definitely adds up in the bill), and they were bland and tasteless. For €36, for ravioli for two people, parmesan, and an arancini... What a letdown! This place is only interested in profit and is steadily declining in quality. It's a shame; 10 years ago, I was raving about their food. To make matters worse, the waiter was incredibly rude. Change your restaurant!

The excellent quality of the products is inversely proportional to the poor quality of the welcome and service. We tried to persevere despite this, but on our last visit, even basic politeness was lacking. It's a shame. (Addition to my first comment following your completely inappropriate and inaccurate response of December 20, 2023) Let's be clear, the patience I was referring to was indeed related to your lack of politeness and consideration, and not to an excessive queue, which has never deterred me at a reputable business. Furthermore, your systematic responses to negative reviews, which shift the blame onto your customers, reveal a glaring lack of social skills. As a business owner and as a human being, it is essential to be able to accept criticism; it can even help us improve. But that is clearly not your aim.

As soon as you step inside this establishment, you're transported to Italy! Amidst the wonderful products of this marvelous country, you won't know what to choose... Fortunately, the staff here are very helpful!
