Terrible service, terrible saleswoman. I asked about the sandwich ingredients and she gave me very incorrect information. She told me it was a chicken kebab when it was actually an omelet kebab. I'm allergic to eggs. She doesn't give customers time to choose; there are no signs listing the sandwich ingredients. She prioritizes the neighborhood kids over waiting customers. I'm going back to see the owner. I'm reporting you to the authorities. You can't sell me a sandwich and lie about its ingredients; I could have died! Unacceptable!

The raspberry trompe l'oeil was super good (not at all heavy, very light, the chocolate coating is thin). The chicken tacos were also great when I was passing through Besançon; a very good place to eat.

One star for the service. Unfortunately, the saleswoman was very unpleasant and didn't know how to speak to customers. It's a real shame, because a good bakery should also have good service. I hope management will pay attention to this.

Having done a catering job at this location this Sunday, I received a very warm welcome from the owner and the team at this lovely bakery: they were all smiling and friendly. A delicious aroma of freshly baked bread greeted us as soon as we arrived in the parking lot, which was very pleasant and appetizing. I had the opportunity to try a piping hot potato and chicken galette, which was delicious, affordable, and generously sized: perfect for satisfying a hunger after work! I highly recommend the O'Delices bakery in Bezac. It's conveniently located on the border between Chalezeule and Besançon.

I'm disappointed by the attitude of one of the managers or servers I encountered recently. His behavior borders on authoritarianism: no smile, no respect, and a harsh manner of speaking, even for a simple transaction of one euro. It's not the amount that bothers me, it's the tone and the lack of respect. Worse still, he once served me in a torn bag, without even apologizing or offering to replace it. This kind of attitude has no place in a neighborhood bakery where friendliness should be paramount.
