We regularly buy our bread here, never disappointed, even frozen the bread stays good, it's great. Edit: In one month, we've found a fly or insect in the bread twice.

As a frequent guest of five-star hotels and luxury establishments, I pay particular attention to the quality of service and teamwork. As a regular customer of the Marie Blachère bakery in Franois, I want to commend the professionalism of all the staff. The sales assistants and bakers form a remarkable team: always smiling, helpful, efficient, and united. There's a real sense of camaraderie among the employees, which greatly contributes to the quality of the service. However, I would like to draw attention to their working conditions. Despite outside temperatures approaching 40°C (104°F), the shop doesn't seem to have adequate air conditioning. The heat is intense from the moment you enter, making the atmosphere particularly uncomfortable for both customers and employees. To be perfectly honest, lately, when I go into the shop and see how hot it is, I simply greet the staff and leave without making a purchase. Not because of the quality of the products or the service, which remain excellent, but simply because the temperature inside has become almost unbearable. I also wonder about the impact such temperatures might have on maintaining optimal hygiene and storage conditions in the various work areas. Without questioning the dedication of the teams, who are doing their utmost, it seems legitimate to ask this question when the heat becomes so intense. My aim is to support this wonderful team, who continue to work with a smile, professionalism, and good humor despite what appear to be challenging conditions. I sincerely hope that management will take the necessary steps to improve their working conditions as well as those of their customers. Congratulations to the entire Marie Blachère Franois team for their commitment and exemplary service. You deserve to be recognized and supported.

I am a regular customer of your bakery, very good welcome and dedicated staff however one small drawback no air conditioning in this high heat it would be good to have it repaired for both the staff and the customers.

Nice place. Lots to choose from and fast service for take out.

I worked at the hospital in 2019 and I believe it's the best place to get a good meal after a day that started at 4 a.m.

Very disappointed because everything was dirty: tables, chairs, floors, and the terrace were filthy, covered in papers and bottles. The meal deals weren't very clear; I wanted a rosette sandwich as part of the "Plus" option, so I got a tuna sandwich instead. It was okay, it was good, but not part of the "Plus" option. Sending them there makes you not want to be served by certain people because the place is so cramped and crumpled. Very disappointed.

Limited savory options, partly our fault as it was 2 PM. The pastries are very good and very reasonably priced.

I bought a tuna hamburger and to my surprise, inside there were just two slices of tomato and two wilted lettuce leaves, not a trace of tuna.

The waiter on the afternoon of May 16th was very unpleasant, making snide remarks and speaking in a completely unwelcoming tone.

Some of the staff are very unpleasant and disdainful, even making snide remarks to customers. I've rarely seen anything like it in a store. The store is very poorly maintained, although the products themselves are acceptable for the chain.

I work 300 meters away. I stop by every day for pastries, bread, and lunch. Thank you, Marine, for your kindness and thoughtfulness. Thank you also to your team.
