⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 A superb discovery! The food is excellent, far exceeding our expectations. The pizzas are absolutely amazing, among the best I've ever had! The service is impeccable: the gentleman is extremely helpful, attentive, and very kind. The restaurant has a warm and very pleasant atmosphere; you immediately feel at ease. Special mention to the owner, who is very welcoming. I recommend it 100%; you can go without hesitation! 🍕

Although the place is quite pleasant and the owner welcoming, the food needs improvement. The pizza dough seems frozen: after baking, it's very white and has raw patches inside, indicating that it cooked too quickly and wasn't properly thawed. Making it from scratch isn't too expensive, but it can really make a difference, especially since the toppings are generous. Also, be careful when reheating dishes in the microwave; it heats up very quickly and dries out the food (especially the salmon ravioli pasta), making it almost inedible. Finally, I recommend adding a vinaigrette to the buffalo salad (the one with the pistachio pieces). Using balsamic cream overwhelms all the flavors. The pistachio—an expensive ingredient that can really enhance the flavor—is therefore completely lost. A shame.

We ate at Chez Gianni in Franois. We had the antipasti platter as our main course (see photo). Absolutely excellent! The waiter was very professional and pleasant. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

Second time here, so in two words: excellent and generous portions!!! Thank you for making us love restaurants again 🙂, nothing like those stereotypical chain restaurants.
