Unsurprisingly, good service with a smiling and attentive waitress. The food was very good, thank you for the linguine bolognese, it was delicious! :)

We go there regularly as a family and we're never disappointed, we love going! Well done to the whole team!

For a large chain like DEL ARTE, the Besançon Valentin location is a disaster. The wait was incredibly long. The staff was incapable of serving the food we ordered. We stepped away for two minutes to take a break on the terrace, alerted a waitress, and when we returned, the table had been completely cleared, along with our barely touched drinks. We ordered two desserts, and the waitress came back to ask what we had ordered, only to bring us the wrong desserts... Faced with such incompetence, our neighbors cut their meal short, asking us if this "restaurant" was a joke. We made sure to express our dissatisfaction at the register, where the cashier acknowledged the problems, which haven't improved despite the negative reviews. We wonder if this is utter incompetence or just a blatant rip-off... Last time for us...

The Milanese-style escalope was cold in the center, with a tomato sauce consisting of water on one side and a clump of tomatoes on the other. Of the three meals, one was inedible.

We stopped by for lunch while passing through. The service was quick, and the young waiter was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The only slight downside was the merguez pizza, which was really greasy 😅 Otherwise, everything was fine.
