A perfect lunch break on our holiday road trip! We loved it! A very warm welcome, homemade dishes using local produce, and a set menu with a main course and dessert offering unbeatable value. A little restaurant that's definitely worth the detour.

A fantastic find! We booked a group meal for a birthday celebration, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The quality of the homemade food was exceptional, featuring fresh ingredients and delicious dishes. It's rare to find such great value for money in École Valentin (25 Besançon). The welcome was warm, and Oriane was very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is friendly, and the decor is tasteful, making it an ideal spot for both large groups and intimate dinners for two. I highly recommend this restaurant; we'll definitely be back!

Excellent place! I stopped there for lunch during a loooong journey, a Franche-Comté platter, a drink and an (exquisite) French toast, it was very good, and with efficient service.
