We ordered pizzas last night, and what a great find! They were delicious, generously topped, and the crust was just how I like it 😋 I highly recommend them! Thank you

Honestly, a fantastic pizzeria! Well… technically it's called “Le Bistrot,” so you wouldn't expect a pizzeria. But surprise: you can both drink and eat a divine pizza, so yes, it's definitely a bistro AND a pizzeria. A revolutionary concept. My boyfriend and I hesitated for a long time before ordering a drink, but after two weeks of toasting every night, we decided to give our livers a break. Result: water hydration, 100% pride. As for the pizza, it was flawless! He ordered the vegetarian one (very serious, very green). I opted for a "personal" pizza: figs, honey, crème fraîche, goat cheese, and Cancoillotte cheese. Yes, I dared. And it was a culinary revelation. I'm convinced the chef took notes to make it the "Soso Pizza" for the next menu. The only downside: eating pizza before bed is like making a pact with the god of snoring and gas. But hey, when it's good, you accept the consequences. In short, I recommend it 100%. Le Bistrot is the place where your stomach says thank you, your liver gets a break, and your bed judges you afterward.

Perfect for relaxing, friendly atmosphere

We only had a drink there, but everyone was friendly and open, even though there were 30 of us young people.

What a delight for someone from Vaud to taste a cabbage sausage from the Doubs region! Yes, this dish is originally from the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. It was wonderfully delicious, prepared with white cabbage and potatoes. A wonderful discovery that I'm excited to share with my friends.

Animal lovers, avoid this place at all costs!!! Animals are not allowed on the terrace here, unheard of!!! How can they prohibit animals outdoors, and are they even allowed to do that??? Besides, there were very few people on the terrace, so there was little to be bothered by, if any at all... Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food served, since I didn't get to try it... The pizzas are supposedly good, but I couldn't verify that. What a shame!!! This is the first time I've been turned away with my dog ​​outside. Luckily, the other businesses have good customer service and allow animals outside, especially when it's very quiet. It's an experience I hope never to repeat, because it's humiliating to be turned away like that. Good luck to you, sir.

The pizzas at the Bistro are truly excellent and generously topped. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. However, I'm deducting one star due to the lack of communication regarding the restaurant's random closures (I imagine it's for holidays? This is the second time it's happened): no sign on the storefront, no message/update on the Facebook page or website, and no professional answering machine message either. Following up on the restaurant's closure, both online and by phone, would be greatly appreciated. If this effort could be made, I would gladly update my review to 5 stars, as it's a place we really enjoy. [Edit] I stand by my word and am raising the rating to 5 stars, because in lieu of an answering machine, the restaurant's closures are now updated on Google, which is a welcome improvement.
